Beginners and Coaching

If you’re new to bowls, our coaching sessions are a great way to get started. Our experienced members offer guidance to help you learn the basics, improve your technique, and gain confidence on the green.

Competitive Play and Leagues

For those looking to take their game to the next level, we offer opportunities to compete in local Worcestershire leagues and county tournaments. Join a team, challenge yourself, and enjoy the thrill of competition.

Beginner-Friendly – Never played before? No problem! Our friendly members and coaching sessions will help you learn the game at your own pace.

Once you become a member the green is open for your enjoyment at all times apart from green maintenance on Monday and Friday mornings.   You are most welcome to join in the fun helping with the green and garden maintenance team.  Free tea/coffee and bikkys ! 

Our membership charges for the 2025 outdoor season and indoor short mat, are as follows:

Normal Full Membership will be £95.00.   Special open day membership fees (enquire on day).

Short Mat Membership will be £45.00

Junior Membership (please enquire)

No green fee for rollups but drink (tea/coffee) and biscuits £1.00 plus entry to our fun Wednesday competition for a further £1 with  cash prizes for the winners and a trophy at the end of the season for the overall winner.

Match Fees for all Interberga, Vale and Friendly Matches is £3.50

Short mat on Wednesday mornings and Friday evenings (Late Sept-Late Apr) fee £2.00 but again includes drink (tea/coffee) and biscuits and occasionaly cake. 

Please note:  We do have a bar facility and every endeavour is made to open the bar when playing matches or friendlies and on Friday evenings (we also have an honesty bar available at all times).
